- You must complete an application and provide all requested underwriting documentation to The American Dream Team known as Branch 681 of Supreme Lending.
- Additionally, you must provide the following documentation from the competing lender within thirty calendar days of your application to Supreme Lending
- Competing loan estimate must be for the same loan terms and programs described above.
- A written underwriting approval indicating that all conditions have been satisfied for a clear to close.
- An original set of unexecuted loan documents including a final Closing Disclosure, note, and deed of trust.
